Leather seat covers
It has more or less become a standard accessory when we sell a new bike. Our high quality leather seat covers are very popular among CJ riders and back seat passengers alike.
We have different seat covers in stock and we are always ready to custom make a seat cover specially for you. These are only covers, rememeber to look at the 'custom' pages to |
see the full leather seats and other custom leather work form Beijing Sidecar. The leather seat covers not only look really good they also give a much more comforable ride.
The covers can be apolstered according to your wishes.
The two piece leather seat covers add a really nice touch to any bike.
The seat covers are easy to put on and take off. You might want to give them a little leather grease once in a while. |
Remeber to use the good stuff on honey-base. The cheap |
grease stuff will just rip your seams apart after a while. And don't use shoe polish it will rub off on your pants when the seat gets warm. |
So, you want a seat cover ? You have to admit thye look good. They are are not very expenisive and we can have it on your bike in about 20 secs. |

Battery boxes
The standard amongst Chang Jiang 750 riders has for many years been to mount the battery in the trunck of the sidecar. However more and more of our customers ask us to put the battery on to the original stand on the right side of the bike. This is done or two reasons, it is easier to dismantle the sidecar, when you want to go for a solo rides but also very much |

Parking brake/hand brake
A must for those sloopy Beijing roads.
Seriously, this is a great extra for your Chang Jiang 750. Keeping the bike in gear when parked is neither safe nor sound. It has been known that a bike can jump start itself when parked in gear, |
next you will find yourself racing down the street, chasing your own bike... and how cool would that be ?
The parking/hand brake is a actually a standard piece of Chang Jiang 750 add-on.
The brake is very simple. It consists of a frame mounted heavy duty steel pully brake lever that clamps down on the special rear brake arm and locks it firmly in to place.
Those of our customers that have had the parking brake installed are very satisfied. This is actually a really good investment that you will not regret having on your bike.
You can have it stock black and naturally we will chrome, colour or polish it up for you tofit the looks and needs of your CJ. The parking brakes come in a couple of different types and quality. |
Come by the shop and Depending on what mounts and fittings you have on your frame, we can usually have it on your bike without welding and you can have a cup of green tea while you wait. |
have a look at the options and possibillities.

HiFi, amps, equalizers, woofers, tweeters, horns and boom boxes.
If you are not yet aware of the fact, then YES we can indeed install the coolest and best sounding stereo systems in your Chang Jiang 750.
This is the thing. Monster speakers mounted in the sidecar, amp and equalizer goes in the trunk you have a direct line for hooking up your MP3 player, phone, CD player or whatever other music device you might have. Then just cranck up the volume and take a cruise down Chang An Jie (then again, better not do that too often..)
We have a number of possibillites to offer when it comes to bike sound systems.
The most popular is the two way speaker system mounted in the sidecar, but we have a number of |
customers who want to personalize their audio system. Be it extra tweeters or large sub-woofers, sidecar mounted equalizers or CD players, remote controls so you can control |
your music while you drive etc. We have done it all. So don't hesitate, come by the shop and we will soon have your CJ rockin' |

Pannier boxes
What the h... is a pannier box ? You ask. Well, it's a big metal box that goes on the side of your Chang Jiang 750. Originally military issue that we put on the WW II replica bike, these boxes have also become
very popular amongst riders of more conventional bikes.
This is actually an accessory that should be under the WW II sections, but seeing as more and more of our non replica bike riders are asking for them, we will show them here also.
No wonder they have become so popular. Sometimes that trunck get just a little stuffed, so it's really nice to have the extra holding space for those weekly shopping trips.
These boxes come complete with mounting racks and snap handle rack locks so they are easy to put on and off. They do NOT however come with a |
built in lock like the small tool boxes do. But this is something we can have on for you in |
no time, if you require so.
We guess it is needless to say (but we will say it anyway) that you can have them chromed, colour coated or polished so as to fit your bike. |

Leather saddle bags
Who said easy rider ? This is one of our absolute top sellers. These heavy duty leather saddle bags automatically transforms your Chang Jiang 750 from cool to super cool.
As all our custom leather work, the leather saddlebags are 100% handmade from only the best quality leather available. Our leather craftsmen have decades of experience within their field, which is only to plain to see when you comapre our saddle bags to the majority of low quality leather saddle bags available else where in town. |
The bags are very easy to put on and take off, so it's not a problem taking them with you when you leave your bike. We can easily fit your leather saddle bags with a matching |
leather shoulder carrying strap, so you can carry it around when |
your not riding your bike.
We actually have quite a few customers for these saddle bags, that are not CJ riders, they just want the bags.

Duckbaords
No it's not Beijing kaoya were talking about here. But is does have a little to do with ducks. The name origins in military slang. Duckboards were used in trenches to allow easy movement over marshy and muddy ground. The name might derive from a resemblance to the sloping boards leading up to duck houses at the edge of a pond.
So there.
These hard wood duckboards are another item we offer as standard on our Premium restoration Chang Jiangs.

sidecar covers
A cover for your bucket ? Yes Sir, what kind would you like ?
Leather sidecar cover deluxe. |
Please don't go for those cheap vinyl sidecar covers, they last maybe a month and look really cheap. What you want is a durable sidecar cover with real leather straps that actually fits your bike.
We have some really nice high-quality sidecar covers lying around. Heavy, high quality vinyl, canvas or even real leather covers.
Before you go out and get yourself a new sidecar cover, be sure to check if it fits. You will be surprised to learn that in many |
cases it does not. This is either because the cover is for a different model CJ 750, that the one you are riding or mayhap because the
cover fittings on your bike are not mounted correctly.
The canvas sidecar cover is standard option on our WW II restoration bikes. With leather or tripple layer canvas straps, this is one of the srongest covers you can get. If treated right it is also completely waterprooof. |
If you don't want a 100% leather sidecar cover you should go with the heavy vinyl cover with leather straps. This sidecar cover is the most popular. We have them in many different versions. |

Horns
Thar she blows... This is THE most important part of your bike, at least if you are riding in Beijing. You can get by without headlights, turnlights and brakes, but you will not survive without a very loud horn. The stock CJ 750 comes with a stock horn, but most riders choose to replace this in favour of a horn with a bit more 'umph'. |
The standard replacement horns come in plastic chrome or plainblack.
Threse horns do the job quite well. However many riders feel that, they need just a little bit more, and who are we to say that you don't get the attention you need in traffic. So of course we have a large selection of louder models available. |
How about trying a couple of extra loud coil horns ? or if you want even more noise then have a go at the extra powerfull Shanghai built clay disc horns on for size or if that still doesn't get you where you want to go fast |
enough, we can equip your Chang Jiang 750 with a set of high quality multi-toned air compression horns. Still not enough for you ? |
Then your welcome to have a go at the monster military sirene. Just please don't tell the cops where you got it and who put it on for you. |

For longer trips you will have to get a jerry can on the bike.
